She manages all day-to-day HHS business operations, and designs for each home. She creates inviting stages that helps buyers fall in love with the home

Darlene has been a successful Real Estate investor since 1991. Overlapping the Real Estate investments, Darlene also worked in Corporate America for 25+ years with AT&T and Oakwood. From Account Executive to Human Resources, she enjoyed success in all jobs held because she has always put clients first! She is unwavering in her commitment to maximize client profitability by providing exceptional customer service

Darlene holds a BA in Marketing and Business from DePaul University and is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Certified Home Stager and Expert STR Vacation Rental Designer. She lives in Carmel with her husband, Dan. together they have 3 Adult Children, 4 Grandchildren & 2 Rescue pups

In addition to running HHS, Darlene is the President of ZNFC (Zionsville Newcomers & Friends Club), a social group of 100+ members that is designed to help ladies new to central Indiana meet new friends and assimilate to the community. Darlene can also be found serving coffee or greeting guests at Traders Point Christian Church

Dan holds an MBA and is a licensed CPA. His entire career has been focused on leadership in the financial world. He has been the CFO for several large law firms, most recently Barnes & Thornberg headquartered in Indianapolis. After stepping down as CFO from B&T, he stepped up his involvement with HHS

Dan manages all the back-office functions such as insurance, billing, legal & all compliance issues. He has broad-based expertise in strategic/financial planning, forecasting, treasury management, tax strategies, acquisitions, financial reporting, and financial analysis. He is an innovative leader that focuses on efficiency while contributing to the overall growth of HHS

Dan has been a successful Real Estate investor since 2014, currently owning and managing several homes in the Carmel/Zionsville Area and Pigeon Forge with Darlene. He handles all financial aspects for the rental portfolio

Outside of HHS, Dan has set up a monthly game night for many of the Husbands of ZNFC members. Dan has taken it upon himself to help the men in our community feel welcome and have a network. Dan will also be found right beside Darlene serving coffee at Traders Point Christian Church
